Any roofing work is provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Hearthstone Restoration, which sets out the scope, price, materials, timeline, warranty, and other terms. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions, scope, or material costs change. Photographs, drone footage, and examples on the Site show past projects and do not guarantee any specific result on your property.

4. Communications consent
