About Us

Excellent customer service! Everyone was very professional and did an excellent job! Shawn went above and beyond helping me!

Had a wonderful experience with Shawn at Hearthstone Restoration. He worked a ton of hours to make sure the insurance company paid everything due and did a great job replacing our roof, wrapping our trim and installing new gutters with leaf guards. His crews and subcontractors were great! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Shawn. He was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was professional and reliable, and went above and beyond to help us out with our roof problem. We’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable and dependable.

Shawn is very knowledgeable on everything related to roofing and went out of his way to recommend the right solution for our home. I would highly recommend Hearthstone Restoration to anyone looking for quality, honest work!

Shawn expertly managed every detail of the new roof and helped me through this process as a first time home owner. The work is outstanding and he personally oversaw the build! He helped me upgrade to 6 inch gutters and gutter guards to alleviate drainage issues I have had for several years. He also replaced my shutters at no cost so that they would match the new roof and give the house a facelift. We put in colonial slate landmark pro shingles so that my new roof is strong and durable.

Colin and Shawn were great to work with. They wanted to ensure everything was done as well as if it were their own homes. This job didn’t come without its surprises, and they handled them all well. They kept us updated (if there were weather delays, among other things) and the crew would work dusk til dawn to get the job done. Great work!!

Hearthstone Restoration did the roof and gutter restoration on my home after the hail storm. Regardless of the rain, the job was done well and my yard was left clean. I am very happy with the professional service provided. Roof is wonderful & gutters look great! I highly recommend Shawn for home restoration work.

I was pretty leery about everything related to roof replacement but Chris McIntyre at Hearthstone made the entire process so much better than I thought it could be. He simplified the process, kept us informed, and was very responsive in communications. He dealt with filing with the insurance company, was upfront about obstacles an insurance company could present (but ultimately ours did not!) and was on site during the insurance company’s inspection of the roof to make sure they didn’t miss any damage. He took aerial pictures and video of the roof before, during, and after the replacement. He checked on and kept me informed on everything I had concerns about. The roofing crew did a great job replacing the roof, and they put a lot of time into containing and cleaning up related debris. The roof looks beautiful. The new gutters look so much better than the old ones. I would happily use Chris again for roofing and look forward to his services with other house projects. Chris is experienced, professional, and kind, and really is a roofing and restoration super hero.

Hearthstone Restoration did an awesome job on my home. From removing and installing a new roof to the interior/exterior painting, every single thing was done professionally and looked excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof or painting details. Great job, awesome team !!!
